Education & 0ther Requirements:
- For the post of "Senior Manager / Manager - Training & Development-HRD": Post Graduate from any discipline / Graduate Engineer from a reputed university. 15 Years for Senior Manager and 12 years for Manger position working in the area of Human resources and Administration of which at least 8 years and 5 years hands on experience respectively as a Professional Trainer. Should have proven track record on training and development expertise, priority may be given on manufacturing management. Must have substantial knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other analytical toots. Working experience with design, Auto-CAD, CAM and CNC programming will add extra advantage. Year of working experience & educational qualification for outstanding candidate with proven track record my be relaxed considerably. Age should be in between 35 to 50 years.
- For the post of "Market Research Analyst": Masters degree in Marketing/Economics/Statistics/Computer science/Graduate Engineer (Industrial Engineering) from a reputed University with at least 5 years relevant experience. Bachelor degree from a reputed University in any of mentioned disciplines with at least Seven years relevant experience. Should have substantial knowledge and Hands on working experience with applied statistics as decision tools. Age should be in between 30 to 45 years.
- For the post of "Senior Officer - Compliance, Legal issues and Common Service": Postgraduate Degree (in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Studiesy Graduate Engineers (Mechanical/Industrial Engg.). At least 7 years working experience in HR&VAdministration of which at least 3 years in compliance and legal issues. Should be well conversant in Bangladesh Labor Laws and regulations, Environmental Act. & Fire safety procedure and ILO convention. Should comprehensive knowledge on ISO-9001:200B. 150-14001:2004, OHSAS-18001-2007, WRAP. FSC certification process. Should be capable to maintain liaison with third party Auditors, Labor Office. Labor Court & other Legal Authorities whenever necessary. Should possess excellent communication and reporting skills. Age should be in between 30 to 40 Years.
SSC/SSC
in Science background with minimum GPA 3.5 or equivalent and 2.5 or
