A leading Manufacturer and Exporter of world class Bone China and Porcelain Tableware is looking for a marketing professional to Head its International Marketing Department.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the incumbent's major Job Responsibilities include:
1. Work/ coordinate coherently with overseas customers & their respective top-line managers and extract the demand of effective & sustainable business.
2. Formulate Strategy & Business Development Plan to retain & grow businesses with OEM overseas brands/customers/partners and liaise with appointed Business Agents/ Consultants. Develop potential market & planning for own branding and construct future growth on it.
3. Lead, decide, implement & monitor outputs of a team comprising of 3 (three) segments -Customer Management/ Communication, Commercial & Planning and New Business Development. Analyze business performance and document; periodic reviews on products, pricing & market trend and present before Management.
4. Liaise & Manage factory audits on compliance and process - both periodic & as and when, required by customers.
5. Develop and coordinate communication materials e.g. Product Brochures (for Trade Shows, launching of new product/ pattern/ design etc.). Organize, develop concepts for improving look-and-feel of Signature Showrooms.
6. Design and drafting write-ups on new products, markets and communication segments of Annual Report of the Company. Management of website through regular update of information, images and news/events.
Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing/ International Business with graduation degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Glass and Ceramic or similar discipline.
Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years' working experience in International Marketing, preferably in Ceramics tableware.
Other Required Attribute: English Communication (both written and oral), knowledge in Computer Applications, web, E-commerce of product pricing and incoterms of ICC.
