Minimum requirements:

1. Must have a Masters or equivalent degree with Honours in any social science related subjects. Candidate must have at least one first class/division in any public examination and no third division/class. Must have minimum six (06) years of experience in both research, policy advocacy and campaign at national and global level.
2. Applicants, having a Masters with honours preferably from a relevant discipline (Social Science/ Statistics) with minimum 8 (eight) years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 (five) years in managerial position will be considered for this position.

Age:

1. Not exceeding 45 years.
2. Not exceeding 35 years.

Salary:

1. Tk. 78,723.00 per month (Gross) 
2. Tk. 1,06,736.00 per month (Gross)
