Position:
Minimum requirements:
Monitoring Officer:
Education: Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
Experience: Having three years' practical experience as Monitoring Officer in any govt. project/ NGO.
Duties: To ensure proper monitoring of unit-wise stove users as per the list provided by Operations Department by physical field visit.
To check stoves based on monitoring guidelines and checklists during file visit.
To send daily/monthly/quarterly/annual monitoring report to Project Office (PMU) and Messages to be sent to District Manager (DSM) and Divisional Manager (DM) and Project Office.
To prepare unit-wise monitoring report and accordingly hard copy to be sent to Project Office.
To take feedback from stove users to verify their satisfaction over using Bondhu Chula.
To maintain regular contract with Operations Department (Bangladesh Bondhu Foundation) and inform them about monitoring outcome on a routine basis.
To provide motivation to stove user during monitoring visit.
Will work in Project Management Unit (PMU), DoE.
Salary: Tk. 22,000/- (Taka twenty- two thousand only) 1 (one) 1 (one).
Accountant:
Education: Masters in Accounting from a recognized University.
Experience: 5 years relevant practical experience with any foreign aided project/international development organization/reputed multinational organization.
Duties: Proficient in computerized accounting to produce several financial reports and to maintain financial correspondence independently.
Knowledge in general administration, procurement, taxes, VAT and budgeting is essential.
Perform any other jobs assigned by Project Director.
Will work in PMU, DoE.
Salary: Tk. 18,000/- (Taka eighteen thousand only).
Project Assistant:
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 (two) years experience in similar kind of work in government or in UN assisted projects or in NGO's. Computer literacy required for the position and candidates experienced in organizing training activities will be preferred.
Salary: Tk. 12,000/- (Taka twelve thousand only).MLSS:
Education: SSC in any group.
Experience:Candidate with computer literacy will be preferred.
Salary: Tk. 9,000/- (Taka nine thousand only) 1 (one).
