Jamuna Bank Limited (JBL) is a renowned private commercial bank in Bangladesh. It have a business network with 102 branches across the country. Now the high officials of the bank are looking for fresh blood as Management Trainee to meet the growing needs of its expansion program.
The required educational qualification, salary scale and age limit are given below.
Academic Qualifications for Management Trainee: The ideal applicants should have MBA in any discipline, Masters in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ Banking/ Statistics/ Economics/ Human Resources, B.Sc in CSE/ Textile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ EEE, CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or equivalent class in Graduation & Post-graduation from any reputed university or institution. He/She should have minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum "B" in '0" & "A" level. The candidates must be good in communication having proficiency in spoken English. He/She should computer knowledge. He/She should also have a minimum knowledge on MS Office Suite. In addition, he/she shouldn't have any 3rd division/ class or equivalent CGPA at any level.
On Probation, Management Trainee will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of BDT. 50,000/- along with other admissible benefits within rules. He/she will be absorbed as First Executive Officer in the regular scale of the Bank on satisfactory completion of 1 (one) year Probation Period. He/She on recruitment will pass through structured coaching, training and professional development process, so that their full potentiality is realized. A stimulating competitive work culture is available for the recruited officers to learn and demonstrate their competence over time for a smooth career progression in banking.
The age of candidates must not over 30 years as on June 15, 2016.
