The required educational qualifications and experience are given below:
Professor:
1. Candidates must have Graduate and Post graduate degree with CGPA 3.5 out of 4.00/ first class in the related subject.
2. He/she should have PhD in the relevant field from a recognized University.
3. He/she should have GPA 4.5 out of 5.00 in their SSC and HSC examination.
4. He/she should have 15 (fifteen) publication in the field of specialization in a reputed international standard journal including 05 (five) publications as an Associate Professor.
5. PhD degree holder/ equivalent candidates should have at least 12 (twelve) years teaching/working experience in a university/ research institution including 04 (four) years teaching experience as an Associate Professor.
6. Candidates who haven't PhD degree, he/she should have at least 14 (fourteen) years teaching/working experience in a university/ research institution including 05 (five) years teaching experience as an Associate Professor.
Associate Professor:
1. Candidates must have Graduate and Post graduate degree with CGPA 3.5 out of 4.00/ first class in the related subject.
2. He/she should have PhD in the relevant field from a recognized University.
3. He/she should have GPA 4.5 out of 5.00 in their SSC and HSC examination.
4. He/she should have 07(seven) publication in the field of specialization in a reputed international standard journal including 03 (three) publications as an Assistant Professor.

6. Candidates who haven't PhD degree, he/she should have at least 09 (nine) years teaching/working experience in a university/ research institution including 05 (five) years teaching experience as an Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor:
1. Candidates must have Graduate and Post graduate degree with CGPA 3.5 out of 4.00/ first class in the related subject.
2. He/she should have GPA 4.5 out of 5.00 in their SSC and HSC examination.
