The required educational qualification, salary scale and age limit are given below:
Academic Qualifications for Management Trainee Officer (MTO):
The ideal candidates should have Masters from an accredited university in Business Administration, Mathematics, Bank Management, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science/ IT discipline with a minimum of three first division/ class/ equivalent CGPA. Candidates with Bachelor of Engineering in CSE/ EEE/ Civil/ Mechanical from BUET with three first division/ class/ equivalent CGPA are also eligible to apply. No 3rd class/ division/ equivalent CGPA in their academic career is allowed.
During the one-year trainee period with the bank, MTO will get a monthly allowance of Tk.48,800 including benefits (subject to Tax). On successful completion of the trainee period (assessed by examination/ evaluation), MTO will be directly placed as Principal Officer.
Academic Qualifications for for Trainee Officer (TO):
The ideal candidates should have Masters from an accredited university in Business Administration, Economics, Law, International Relations, Statistics, Sociology, History, English, Mathematics, Public Administration, Computer Science, Chemistry, Mass Communication, Political Science, Physics. No 3rd class/ division/ equivalent CGPA in their academic career is allowed.
TO will get a monthly allowance of Tk.25,966 including benefits during the one-year trainee period with the bank. On successful completion of the trainee period (assessed by examination/ evaluation), TO will be directly placed as Officer.
Academic Qualifications for for Trainee Cash Officer (TCO):
The ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no third division/class/equivalent CGPA in their academic career. No 3rd class/ division/ equivalent CGPA in their academic career is allowed.
TCO will get a monthly allowance of Tk.25,966 including benefits during the one-year trainee period with the bank. On successful completion of the trainee period (assessed by examination/ evaluation), TCO will be directly placed as Officer Cash.
The range of first class in GPA system both SSC and HSC examination is between 3.00 to 5;
The range of second class in GPA system both SSC and HSC examination is between 2.00 to less than 3.00;
The range of third class in GPA system both SSC and HSC examination is between 1.00 to less than 2.00.
The range of first class in CGPA system at university level examination is at least 3.00 out of 4 and 3.75 out of 5.
The range of second class in CGPA system at university level examination is between 2.75 to less than 3.00 out of 4 and 2.813 to less than 3.75 out of 5.
The range of third class in CGPA system at university level examination is between 1.65 to less than 2.25 out of 4 and 2.063 to less than 2.813 out of 5.
The age of candidates should be maximum 30 years as on April 30, 2016.
