The bank is looking for smart, young, energetic, confident, self-motivated and hardworking fresh graduates as "Probationary Officer".
The required educational qualification, salary scale and age limit are given below.
Probationary Officer: The ideal candidates should have should have 04 years' Graduations in Finance/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Management/ Banking/ MIS/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ English/ IR/ Law/ Engineering (EEE, Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT) from UGC approved reputed University with at least CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or First Class; Candidates should have minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum "B" in "O" & "A" levels.
The selected candidates shall be on probation for 01 (one) year. During probationary period, monthly consolidated compensation will be BDT. 41,900/-. After successful completion of probation period, initial salary package will be BDT. 52,000/- along with all other admissible benefits as per policy of the Bank.
The age of candidates should be maximum 30 years as on April 30, 2016
